    This role forms an integral part of the Amerigo Regional Recruiting Team and will be based within its local support market. The position reports to the Regional Director, Student Recruitment. The overall objective of the position is to support the Recruitment Managers and to implement and manage the marketing and recruitment plan and administration for the region. 

    Responsibilities & Qualifications



    • Administrative and marketing support for the recruitment team in region to ensure student number targets are met
    • Support delivery of market specific sales coaching to agents
    • Conduct pre-interviews and provide ‘concierge services’ to parents and students


    • Support coordination of events, exhibitions, seminars and other recruitment drives
    • Monitor online image of Amerigo Education
    • Support the preparation of promotional materials eg, newsletters, posters, testimonials, fliers


    • Other projects as determined by the Director, Student Recruitment



    • Strong written and oral capability in local language(s) & English language
    • Possession of an Accredited 4-Year University Degree and/or 1-2 years of marketing experience
    • Demonstrated high level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
    • Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player
    • Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities
    • Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new social media initiatives
    • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
    • Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met



    • International work experience in the education / language sector
    • International study experience
