The Admissions Officer manages inbound applications and reports to the Admissions Manager. This person assists the field recruitment team with follow up and other conversion activities and submits applications to partner schools for acceptance. The Admissions Officer must be a self-directed individual with excellent problem-solving, communication, and detail-orientated skills. Measures of success for this role include the ability to drive conversion from application to deposit, and conversion from deposit to enrollment. A large proportion of this role is speaking with applicants, parents and business partners via online chat platforms, email, and telephone daily. The Admissions Officer will also be responsible for the evaluation of each applicant’s English proficiency, academic transcripts and other required admissions documents to determine admissibility into the Amerigo programs.
